All orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered across Pakistan within an estimated 3–5 working days. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
Received a damaged item? We’ll replace it at no extra cost. Simply email us at sales@scenturies.com with your order ID and clear photos of the product.

For other exchange requests, items must be unused and in original condition. Standard shipping charges will apply for both returning the item and sending the replacement.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, if your order cannot be delivered after advance payment, you will receive a full refund.

• Let the candle burn until the wax melts evenly to the edges to prevent tunneling.
• Trim the wick before each use for a clean, even burn and minimal smoke.
• Keep the candle away from drafts (e.g., open windows or fans) to avoid uneven burning and flickering.
• Stop using the candle when about 1/4 inch of wax remains at the bottom.
• Avoid burning candles in large open spaces, as this can reduce scent throw.

• Always place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Extinguish the candle before relighting and clean the jar if necessary.
• Gently wipe the glass with a damp cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.
