Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at scenturiesbyaayzie@gmail.com. Used candles, custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet after approval, within 7–10 business days.
